Important Notice

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

Scope of the Agreement

2.1

This Agreement is entered into between the user and ThaiTopApp888 (developer of DocCarry) and governs the downloading, installation, use, and copying of the App, as well as the use of related services provided through DocCarry.

2.2

This Agreement, together with any annexes and documents relating to third-party software or technologies used in the App, constitutes the complete agreement governing the App and its services.

Intellectual Property Rights

3.1

All copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights in the App, as well as all information related to the App — including but not limited to: text and its combinations, icons, graphics, charts, colors, interface design, layout structure, relevant data, printed materials or electronic documents — are protected under applicable international intellectual property laws and treaties, including copyright law, trademark law and patent law, as well as anti-unfair-competition regulations.

3.2

Except for software or technologies licensed by third parties, ThaiTopApp888 holds all intellectual property rights described above. Without prior written consent of ThaiTopApp888, the user shall not implement, exploit, transfer or authorize any third party to implement, exploit or transfer the above-mentioned intellectual property rights for any commercial or non-commercial purpose. ThaiTopApp888 reserves the right to take legal action in response to any unauthorized use.

Privacy & Personal Data Protection

4.1

DocCarry is a mobile application designed for viewing PDF files locally on the user's device. The App processes only files explicitly selected by the user and does not transfer the contents of those files to external servers.

4.2

In the course of using the App, ThaiTopApp888 may automatically collect limited technical information, including: device information (device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers) and application usage logs (error reports, crash data). This information is used solely for improving the performance and stability of the App.

4.3

The App uses Firebase Analytics (provided by Google LLC) as a third-party analytics service. Firebase may automatically collect approximate location data derived from the user's IP address (such as country and region), as well as device information and usage statistics. This data is collected at an aggregated, non-precise level and is used solely for analytics and performance improvement purposes. Firebase does not obtain GPS or precise location data through the App. For more information on how Google processes this data, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy. ThaiTopApp888 does not access the user's contacts, camera, microphone or any other sensitive device functions beyond what is strictly necessary for the App's core file-viewing functionality.

4.4

ThaiTopApp888 will not provide or share user personal information to third-party partners, except where such partners act strictly under ThaiTopApp888's instructions and comply with this Privacy Policy and all applicable confidentiality and security measures.

4.5

ThaiTopApp888 may disclose user personal information only in the following circumstances:

1. (1) with the user's prior explicit consent;
2. (2) as required by applicable laws, regulations, legal proceedings, or binding requirements of competent government authorities;
3. (3) for academic research or public interest purposes, provided all personal identifying information is removed;
4. (4) to detect, prevent or address fraud, security breaches or technical issues affecting the App;
5. (5) as necessary to protect the legitimate rights and interests of ThaiTopApp888;
6. (6) where consistent with applicable service terms or user agreements;
7. (7) for any other purpose that serves the common interests of ThaiTopApp888 and its users, provided the user has been notified in advance.

User Usage Rules

5.1

Users may obtain the App from official distribution channels (e.g., Google Play, App Store) or from third-party sources expressly authorised by ThaiTopApp888. ThaiTopApp888 cannot guarantee the integrity or proper functioning of the App if obtained from unauthorised sources, and accepts no liability for any losses resulting from such installations.

5.2

The App does not require user account registration to access its core functionality of viewing PDF files. If, in future versions, account registration is introduced, users will be required to provide accurate and complete personal data and to keep such data current. The user bears responsibility for any consequences arising from providing false registration information.

5.3

If account functionality is introduced, ownership of the account remains with ThaiTopApp888. Upon completing registration, the user obtains a personal right to use the account only. This right may not be transferred, lent, rented, sold or otherwise assigned to any third party.

5.4

If the user discovers that their account has been accessed or used without authorisation, they must notify ThaiTopApp888 immediately at thaitopapp888@gmail.com. ThaiTopApp888 is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised account access due to third-party hacking or the user's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.

5.5

The App is designed for viewing locally stored files. No content opened within the App is transmitted to or stored on ThaiTopApp888's servers, unless a specific cloud-based feature is explicitly enabled by the user. ThaiTopApp888 does not claim any rights over the documents or files that the user opens within the App.

5.6

The use of the App may generate data traffic costs depending on the user's mobile carrier. Users are solely responsible for obtaining information about applicable data rates from their carrier and for bearing the associated costs.

5.7

ThaiTopApp888 undertakes to make all reasonable commercial efforts to ensure the security of any data processed within the App. However, ThaiTopApp888 does not provide absolute guarantees, and accepts no liability for: (a) deletion or storage failures of data within the App or its services; (b) loss of data due to circumstances beyond ThaiTopApp888's control, including network outages or force majeure events.

5.8

If the user ceases to use the App or the service is terminated or cancelled, ThaiTopApp888 may permanently delete all server-side data associated with the user. Following termination, ThaiTopApp888 has no obligation to return any data to the user.

Limitation of Liability

6.1

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ThaiTopApp888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption.

6.2

ThaiTopApp888 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability of the App for any particular purpose, its uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the App.
