Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (hereinafter «the Terms» or «this Agreement») govern your access to and use of the DocCarry mobile application (hereinafter «the App»), developed and operated by Evgenii Kondakov trading as ThaiTopApp888.
These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Description of the App
DocCarry is a mobile application for viewing documents on your device. The current version (v1) supports PDF files. Additional document formats may be introduced in future updates.
The core functionality of the App is available free of charge. Premium features (e.g., ad-free experience, advanced tools) may be unlocked via an optional paid subscription.
ThaiTopApp888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time, with or without prior notice.
Age restriction: The App is intended for users aged 13 years or older (or 16 years or older where required by applicable law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation). By using the App, you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement. ThaiTopApp888 does not knowingly collect personal data from children below this age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the App and provided personal data without your consent, please contact us at thaitopapp888@gmail.com and we will promptly delete such data.
Subscription & Payments
DocCarry offers an optional subscription that unlocks premium features, including an ad-free experience throughout the App. Details of available plans are displayed on the in-app subscription screen.
Subscriptions are processed through the platform you used to download the App (Apple App Store or Google Play). All payments are handled by the respective platform and are subject to their payment terms.
Auto-renewal: Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew at the same price and for the same duration. The renewal charge will be deducted from your App Store / Google Play account within 24 hours before the period ends.
Prices may vary by region and are shown in the local currency of your App Store / Google Play account at the time of purchase. ThaiTopApp888 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
Restoring a Subscription
If you have already subscribed but premium features are not accessible, please try the following steps:
- Confirm that you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
- Open Settings → Subscription Centre within the App and tap Restore Purchases.
- If the issue persists, uninstall the App, sign back into your store account, reinstall DocCarry from the App Store or Google Play, and repeat the Restore step.
If none of the above resolves the issue, contact us at thaitopapp888@gmail.com with your purchase receipt and we will assist you.
Free Trial
Where a free trial period is offered, you will have access to premium features at no charge for the stated trial duration (e.g., 3 days).
After the trial period ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged accordingly, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription before the trial period ends.
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to premium features until that date.
ThaiTopApp888 does not process refunds directly. All refund requests must be submitted to Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) in accordance with their respective refund policies. ThaiTopApp888 has no control over refund decisions made by these platforms.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel the subscription separately through your platform account settings.
User Content Disclaimer
DocCarry opens and renders files that are stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for the files you choose to open with the App, including their legality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable copyright and data protection laws.
ThaiTopApp888 does not review, store, or transmit the contents of files you open in the App. ThaiTopApp888 makes no warranties regarding the content, completeness, or accuracy of any files rendered through the App.
ThaiTopApp888 shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or legal consequence arising from files opened, stored, or shared by the user through the App.
Prohibited Use
When using the App, you agree not to:
- Use the App to open, distribute, or share files that infringe third-party intellectual property rights;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App;
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, or data connected to the App;
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App.
ThaiTopApp888 reserves the right to terminate access to the App for any user found to be in breach of these restrictions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ThaiTopApp888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption.
The App is provided «as is» and «as available», to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection law. ThaiTopApp888 makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In jurisdictions where applicable consumer protection legislation does not permit full exclusion of implied warranties, those warranties are limited to the minimum extent allowed by law.
ThaiTopApp888 does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Changes to the Terms
ThaiTopApp888 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published within the App or on the official website with an updated effective date. For non-material changes, continued use of the App after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the developer (Evgenii Kondakov) is permanently resident, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, users located in the European Union or the United Kingdom retain the right to invoke the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence.
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through good-faith written negotiation within 30 days. If no resolution is reached, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts of the developer's country of residence, unless applicable mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
